They have awesome customer service at first and then charge you 5 times more for upgrades. When you have a problem they refuse to help and point out where you signed that they are not held responsible. They take advantage of older people and straight out lie to your face. Don’t waste your time here. They work in the same building but claim they are a different business than Dr. Di Pasquale’s office. Staff is friendly with the exception of the lady Patty that initially pre-examines you. She gives of a horrible first impression. She shoots off a list of questions and before you can answer any she's talking over you. She asked for the name of our primary doctor and as soon as my son started to look that up on his phone she admonished him, saying "can't you read the sign? No cell phones allowed in here".
