This is the first time I use this optical for my glasses needs and the last. I got my glasses done and I was never able to use them because of a discrepancy between the bifocal line. It was April 2025 when i got them with 1 yr warranty And 4 first months to make an exchange . I call 3 weeks after I got them to let them know I was not able to see thru them right and they told me to wait longer for my sight to adapt to the new glasses then I wait another 3 weeks without any result concerning the adaptation to this new glasses.... read more
Be prepared to wait for 2-3 hours no sense . Female doctor is not friendly at all with the elderly.

They have awesome customer service at first and then charge you 5 times more for upgrades. When you have a problem they refuse to help and point out where you signed that they are not held responsible. They take advantage of older people and straight out lie to your face. Don’t waste your time here. They work in the same building but claim they are a different business than Dr. Di Pasquale’s office.
