Friendly staff, and a large selection of frames with lots of styles to choose from. Dr. Brito did my exam and he was thorough, explained everything, and was kind.
I came to the Eye Boutique expecting a smooth experience, but unfortunately, it was nothing short of frustrating. At first, the staff seemed nice, and the exam went fine—but everything after that was a disaster. I had to wait weeks for my glasses, only to find out the prescription was completely off. I brought them back four times trying to get it corrected. Each time I was told something different, and even after all that, the prescription still wasn’t right.
