Bad service. Unskilled lady doing eyebrows. I asked for eyebrow wax service and she folllwex with threading and thinned out my eyebrows after I requested a clean up only. They look uneven and chopped.
Service was good &I like my Henna design. After getting home, I noticed that my hand was swelling, &I felt burning. So I washed the Henna off but my hand continued to swell and burn. This was on friday, February 21 2026.Currently, March 10, 2026 my hand is burned&left with scarring. I found out that they are probably using PPD which is not FDA approve for skin! DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK!
RUDE to the point I didn't want her anywhere near me. I wouldn't spend my money here! I'm not sure it was a race thing or what but she really needs to clean up the customer service! No need to be this way.
I did not patronize this business, however I sat in the massage chairs nearby, and the woman working continuously stared at my sisters and our children. We put something in her trash can, and she asked us to remove it, stating that it was her personal trash can. I’d considered getting my eyebrows done, but after this occurrence, I will steer clear of her and her business, and urge anyone reading this review to do the same.
