Like other reviews, wait times are a bit ridiculous. Seems like they book everyone and hope for the best. When asking reception how much longer the wait will be, was given an answer of 3-4 hours. For an eye appointment? These are almost ER waiting times. Do Not Recommend this place.
Very longgggggggg wait. Please improve the wait time . My appointment is 2:15 and we finished at 4:45pm. Iam almost late to work. Iam considering other clinic
Got my prescription off three years in a row, had to get them retest somewhere for a more definitive accurate prescription. which somehow they ‘ve always been slightly off every time. About customers service tho, they’re undoubtedly the sweetest souls you’ll ever meet in the medical care industry
I attended this office as I was sent here by my family doctor. After receiving drops to dilate my eyes Dr. Arshinoff proceeded to check my eyes and was getting upset with me for not being able to tolerate the discomfort from the blinding light in my eyes after the assistant doctor (unfortunately do not remember his name but he was very kind) put the eye drops in and telling me to wear sunglasses or avoiding bright lights - Dr. Arshinoff proceeded to advise me that he is unable to help me if I am going to keep rolling my eyes... read more
