It is very frustrating to call your office and never get to a person. I actually got a person yesterday, who sent me to voicemail. Then when you leave a voicemail you NEVER get a return call. Last time i needed something i called 5 days in a row and never got a return call. When i finally did speak to someone i was told, we are very busy. No apology, no nothing, like it was my fault. So aggravated! I have always loved this office, have used it many years and many times, might be time to go elsewhere.
I will not be back.
I love Eye Associates. Everyone is friendly and the process is so fast with Dr Henry!
