The Doctor I saw was Dr. Joel Konokow and he has been incredibly hard to work with. He doesn't bother to listen to his patients and has actually berated me for questioning something I didn't understand fully and requested clarification, I later found others experienced the same thing. He was cold and uncaring and treated me as if I was a nuisance rather than a valuable human being in pain and needing, deserving his help.
