Dr. Levy was willing to see me for the first time even during the COVID crisis and I really appreciated this. A few months ago, an ophthalmologist in Phoenix discovered I had Uveitis, a potentially serious eye inflammation. This has been treated but I’m supposed to have it checked every few months. I waited over 2 hours before seeing Dr. Levy for a routing annual eye exam. He seemed robotic and not engaged with me at all. When I asked him questions he gave short non-informative answers. When I offered constructive feedback about the extensive wait time he responded that next year Eye Associates would set me up with another doctor who kept a tighter schedule. I am a pleasant, respectful person, not a demanding patient.
