Dr. Chang is awesome
Whoever answered the phone around 2:30-3:30 today was SO rude!!! I was to trying to make an appointment for my husband and the lady had an attitude with me. I told her Nevermind on trying to schedule one because if she’s like that on the phone... I don’t want to go somewhere where in person would be even worse. What a shame. Learn customer service.
I've gone to Dr dodd for close to thirty years. Over the last 3 or 4 years it has been a very negative experience. I've had to wait at least an hour and more passed my appt time to see the Dr. The office and technical staff is less than friendly, to the point of rude. I am going to find a new eye Dr.
