There are no words that I can use on this forum to describe how rude, disrespectful and condescending the Dr is. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years, and each time I go back I swear I will never do it again. But necessity won out and I had to go for severe dry eye. He prescribed an oral medication to take twice a day for 2 months. He said I “might” need to refill it and that we would discuss it at my follow up appointment.
