The staff and doctors are remarkable, personable and caring. I have been to 4 different optometrists' offices in the Rochester areas over the last 10 years and Eye Appeal is by far the greatest. The doctors take the time to inform you about everything. Jaime was the one who tested my eyes and she had me try a variety of contact lenses until I was satisfied (I hadn't even considered changing lenses, but discovered a different lens was better and cheaper).
