This is for the Valley Ranch location. Dr. Bhatia and his nurse are great. But the front desk and insurance coordinator are horrible. I got there and waited at the reception, the girl who wears glasses saw me but she didn't attend to me for a while and kept standing at bay. Then they told me I have to pay $180 as my deductible before seeing the dr. They didn't even convey this on the phone when making the appt. Dr. Bathia is truly a doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. It has been a very positive experience.
I underwent eye surgery by Dr. Subir Bhatia recently. Being a physician myself, I have been thoroughly impressed - even amazed - by Dr. Bhatia's meticulous attention to detail, skill and bedside manner. He has deep subject matter expertise and cares for his patient which makes him truly special. Erica is fantastic as well.
Dr.Bhatia, one of the best eye specialist l have been too, takes time to listen to you..My experience having cataracts surgery was wonderful,20-20 vision,,his office staff and nurse are wonderful..L I highly recommended them. Nancy
