Update: Dr. Edwards for me in two days from my original appointment. He was very thorough in his explanation of my eye health and answered all of my questions in detail. I will be having my surgery with him. I can tell he cares about his patients health. I would recommend him. Waited over an hour and a half and still didn't see Dr. Edwards. Dr. Edwards reached out to me and indicated they are down a doctor and had numerous emergency cases.
Absolutely horrible front desk service! Robert was terrible! I seriously hope the owners see these reviews and replace every single front staff employee. It’s clear as day from the other reviews that this place needs new front desk employees!
Called to possibly see if I could get my eye checked out, wasn’t sure what was offered at this clinic and what they could do for me. The front desk lady named Kendall was extremely rude! Not helpful at all, even hanging up on me. No suggestion other than to go somewhere else. No explanation until my partner called and asked for one. She was laughing on the phone and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. The lack of professionalism and customer service was dully noted. Will never go here.
I have never been treated so rude by a medical staff. Clearly this is " just a job" for these people and not in it to take care of the people in their community. Ask for Debbie...she's a real peach. Wrong profession if you are just looking for a check. Replying to your bogus response: Please do not get on here trying to save face. I was given no options.
