Absolutely horrible front desk service! Robert was terrible! I seriously hope the owners see these reviews and replace every single front staff employee. It’s clear as day from the other reviews that this place needs new front desk employees!
Called to possibly see if I could get my eye checked out, wasn’t sure what was offered at this clinic and what they could do for me. The front desk lady named Kendall was extremely rude! Not helpful at all, even hanging up on me. No suggestion other than to go somewhere else. No explanation until my partner called and asked for one. She was laughing on the phone and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. The lack of professionalism and customer service was dully noted. Will never go here.
I have never been treated so rude by a medical staff. Clearly this is " just a job" for these people and not in it to take care of the people in their community. Ask for Debbie...she's a real peach. I was treated by Dr. Edwards for cataract surgery and am very pleased with the care that I received from him and everyone in his office! I am amazed at how clearly I see (20/15) at all distances, colors are now vibrant, and I can read with out having to use a contact. I opted for the Light Adjustable Lenses +, and am very happy with the results.
