I am visiting Melbourne from the Gold Coast and experienced an eye incident that was very sore and uncomfortable. I was so relieved to find this 24 hour facility on google. Went at 5am this morning service was excellent nurses and doctors very professional. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the staff for looking after me.
I visited the Eye and Ear ED today and want to thank all the staff and doctors for the care that was given to me. I am extremely grateful to have this world class facility in my home state and thankful that my treatment was completely covered by Medicare. I was triaged on arrival and then saw a nurse within 20 minutes. I was seen by a doctor and my treatment was completed within the next hour. Very efficient and professional. Thank you!
I visited on the 22nd of october and the doctor i saw completely dissapointed me. She didn't examine me properly and I'm not happy with her judgment.
