J’ai fait le déplacement depuis Montréal-Nord, mais à mon arrivée, l’assistante m’a informé que mon rendez-vous était en réalité à 14 h 15 et que l’optométriste était en pause jusqu’à cette heure. Eye exams are professional courteous and perfectly on time. The staff are friendly, helpful and respectful so the whole eye exam experience is fantastic. However the cost of the glasses is extremely high, like I was quoted about $1300 for a pair of glasses and they may try to sell you on their tear duct procedure which almost feels like they are selling you a timeshare. All on all its a great place for an eye exam and then it gets a little sketchy after.
Professional and courteous the moment you walk in the door. From the front line staff, to the technicians the service and support is key to your experience. The technician, Farzana, for example, was courteous as she explained each step in the process. The equipment at EYE AM is high tech .. first rate.
