I want to update my previous review to reflect the full story and resolution. Months ago, I placed a large order and didn’t receive all of the products. After multiple attempts to follow up and inconsistent communication, I was frustrated and felt unheard. I ended up getting a refund and left a negative review based on that experience. Brieunna Porter or Braids by Brie took my deposit told me to have my hair washed and blowed dried then cancelled 30 minutes before the appointment. She then lied and said she sent the deposit back and never did. I don’t know how people can be so evil and trifling but I wish her the worst.

I started my loc journey here with one of the stylists and she was great. I eventually left to follow the stylist when she started her own business. However, I would still support Eyat's salon by buying their hair products. I've never had an issue until recently. I placed a big order, and I didn't receive all of the products for months.
