Brieunna Porter or Braids by Brie took my deposit told me to have my hair washed and blowed dried then cancelled 30 minutes before the appointment. She then lied and said she sent the deposit back and never did. I don’t know how people can be so evil and trifling but I wish her the worst.
I started my loc journey here with one of the stylists and she was great. I eventually left to follow the stylist when she started her own business. However, I would still support Eyat's salon by buying their hair products. I've never had an issue until recently. I placed a big order, and I didn't receive all of the products for months. I reached out multiple times and dealt with inconsistent responses, serious delays, and eventually, they just stopped responding and didn't send the rest of the products I ordered. I had a great experience with getting my microloc extensions with Ms. Kendra. There were a couple of hiccups with timing / scheduling but it was resolved and she was apologetic for any mishap. She is really really sweet. Not only did she encourage me with taking care of my hair with giving tips and advice but just for my overall well being about managing stress and walking which I really appreciated.
