I saw dr Abu hamda back in August and he asked for a breathing test to be scheduled. I did the test the same week and I was told that the doctor will call me to discuss the results with you , a month went by and nobody called , so I called and I was told that the doctor will call me on Monday but no one called so I called again and again asking to speak to the doctor and every time I was told that he will call but so far I did not hear from him and I have no idea what was the results from the test . Extremely unprofessional and useless! My mother has been waiting for her nebuliser machine for 3 months now and she has really bad asthma and we still haven’t received it! In addition to that, I recently tired calling the office to check the status of her order and the phone number is now disconnected! I’m baffled by this behavior, it’s very inconsiderate and careless to leave your patients wondering what is going on and no way to reach the doctor when needed. The only appointment I can get is always @430 pm which I think is the last appointment,as the office closes at 5 pm,but for the 2nd time in a row the doctor comes after 50 mn after the checked me in,he came to see me @exactly 522 pm.He didn't even apologize for being late,something happened today again,when I showed up for my appointment,I had to wait forever again,the girl who checked me again claimed the doctor is having a conference call !!!seriously why would the doctor be on a conference call,while there's a patient who... read more
