Despotic, narcissistic and toxic owners.
This company is unbelievable - sent me during August a product that's supposed to be in -20 overseas with one tiny ice bag...Surprisingly it was thawed and did not work. They did not answer for weeks, and when finally did they said they will investigate and resend. Two month have passed and they haven't answered any of my dozen emails...Stay away from this company! They will take money, but not responsibility...
Ordered twice from this company, the first time, after 1 week, I called, they send the products, the second, ordered for 3 weeks, tried to call them multiple times, no one answer at all, what the hell is the stupid company!!!!!
Everything I order comes late. They have ZERO communication. I have called 6 times today just to be brought to a FULL Voicemail Box. This company is very, very frustrating to work with. We haven't been able to complete our experiments on time because of them and had to order from other companies because they can't communicate, nor send their product on time. I've had nothing but bad experiences with this company. We will NOT purchase through them again.
