In my opinion, THE WORST.
Absolutely amazing experience right when I walked into Exygon in Beaumont I was directed to one of the membership coordinators named Elyssa which was super nice and thorough with every question and concern I had!! 10/10 Will most likely be my forever gym!!
Some of the cable machines and the treadmills are all out of service and it’s been months since they’ve “fixed” the issue. I’m thinking of switching gyms just because of this issue. Please fix it ASAP.
Sadee is the work person to sign up with!!! I signed up in December with the promotion of getting January for free. On January 1st I was charged and called Sadee to fix the situation. She said they didn’t do refunds but I told her they wasn’t supposed to take my money. She was rude the whole process and in the end she refunded my money and canceled my membership without me knowing.
