This is more a review of a top notch employee, Rob, than it is of Exxon. My daughter pulled in here today with a flat tire. It is like 1,000 degrees hot and I have no idea how to help with her import car. Rob saved the day. As I was struggling to get the nuts off the rim (and the covers off the nuts as well), as it seems Thor himself tightened them in place, Rob came to rescue me with his expertise and power tools.
