I'm very pleased with their response time, effectiveness in completing their assignment. The repair and replace of the blower motor was quick and there were no adverse surprises or charges.
Got 3 quotes to replace ac which had failed during heat wave. Exxel was not the cheapest but was fairly priced AND had the best response time. Techs were quick and clean during the install. The following week I had an issue and they sent a tech on a Saturday- the issue turned out to be the breaker, not any work Exxel did, but they responded immediately which I much appreciated. Happpy to recommend.
Bob, the owner was great and very honest! Two of his guys replaced an upstairs unit and I won’t hesitate to contact them again when we need service or a new unit for lower level.
