Exxel put in a new heat pump system for our upstairs and relocated both outside heat pump units away from our patio/deck area and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. All of the work was done back in June 2022 and both units have been working great ever since! They were very professional and also took the time to answer any questions I had and arrived and completed the work on time! Great company! Our heat pump died during a heat wave leaving us with no AC. We called Exxel and Bob, the owner, showed up promptly and gave us an estimate right away. We decided to go with Exxel and are so happy we did! Techs, Eric and Liam showed up early Saturday morning and had everything installed by late afternoon. Multiple people recommended this company on a community FB page and now I understand why. Prompt service, fair price, and very professional! Did a thorough job investigating my HVAC unit to determine the cause of my issue and took steps to mitigate future problems.
Our AC Unit went out, of course, during a heatwave. I called the Exxel team, and they were able to come out quickly and take a look at the unit. Bob did a full diagnostic review and gave me ideas of what to look for in the future. I appreciated the great customer service and the thoroughness of the visit. Highly recommended!
