They have problems paying what they owe. We have a legitimate outstanding invoice with Exxcel that is within a few days of being a year old. We are unable to get an answer from them as to why they will not pay the invoice. They do not answer their phones and do not return calls from messages that are left. Our patience has worn very thin.
