Had my car for 5 weeks to repair a cracked in the back bumper. After it was sat in plymouth for a week I had a call to say it was going to bridgend as they had too much work on in plymouth. Was told it was going on a transporter on the monday, had a call from bridgend on the thursday to say it arrived the day before, took another 2 weeks to repair.
My car was in for repairs here. They have done an amazing job.
James the manager and his team were amazing, my BMW came back in pristine condition. I would recommend this workshop to anyone you will not be disappointed. Big thanks to the team!
Kept me up to date with phone calls and texts. On time with collection of my car. Excellent work on the bodywork of my car, but felt the mechanical element should have been more thoroughly checked. My car had notified me of an error, which has since dissappeared but no mention of being fixed. Left car in good, clean condition. Overall, im happy with the work carried out and the customer service was great and hassle free
