Joining this gym is helping me reach my weightloss goals and helping me enjoy working out more. I came in with a plan to prepare for my wedding and Coach Kelsey is helping me execute that. He develops workout plans and meal plans to help me reach my goal. I am putting in the work and my end and I am very happy with the results I am seeing!
really like eXurb Fitness. The gym is always clean, and there is consistently a bench available, so I never feel like I am fighting for space. They also have saunas, and the trainers are attentive and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference compared to larger corporate gyms. I appreciate supporting a small business (Black owned at that) in my community, especially as more corporate gyms move in that have little connection to the people here or to keeping money circulating locally.
