I come here often & i love the atmosphere and community. The staff is always helpful and friendly, especially mornings when Rick is here he’s always friendly, helpful, making sure the gym is clean and making sure the members are comfortable !

I absolutely adore this gym! When I had to move away and cancel my membership, it genuinely broke my heart. The staff members are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made every visit enjoyable. The equipment is well-maintained and spotless, so I never had to deal with the frustration of waiting to use a machine. One of my favorite aspects is that it’s located above a hockey rink and basketball court, which means I sometimes got to enjoy a little live entertainment while I worked out.
