Brian does not know how to cut straight hair. I was in the barber chair for a 85 minutes for a fade from 0 to 2, and a half inch trim off the top. He spent 80 minutes giving the fade and didn’t know what to do with the top of my hair, so he made 2 snips and called it good. Unhappy with the haircut overall. $25 for the cut plus $2 card surcharge. Would not recommend going to Brian if you have straight hair.
As an African American woman, I will admit that I was a bit nervous to get my haircut there. I have had some not so good experiences with barbers. Either I feel like the cut looks masculine or it wasn’t quite what I asked for. I like the boy cut but I still want to have the feminine look. I showed Gerardo (Teddy) the cut that I wanted and let me say, he did not disappoint. He gave me exactly what I asked for and I walked out feeling good about my look.
