Had a great time renting a jet ski here! The customer service was amazing, super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. They walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable before heading out. Jet ski was in great shape too. Definitely coming back!
We were taking our boat out of the water and all set up at the dock. He was taking passengers out and refused to move his boat because he was blocking us getting out. He left the boat unattended for over 20 min at the public launch knowing that they would be still over 20 min to wait for others. Other boats were also waiting behind us. We had to redo our boat, move docks to get out of the water. Absolutely ridiculous. Wish I called the city during the time.
Amazing service great experience good prices and very helpful on any aspects....I recommend it to anyone wants to go to water activity life...
had a mixed experience. They did prioritize safety but should make more effort to inform guests or make their policy re: weather more flexible in both directions… the outcome was inconvenience and their communication could have been better. They apologized and refunded.
