Horrible experience — completely unprofessional and unsafe. Booked paddle boards for a bachelorette group and the staff had no idea what they were doing. The woman at the counter didn’t know the price, gave zero safety instructions, and didn’t provide waivers. We had to carry the boards ourselves to the water, only to find dangerous waves.
