I’m not normally a Karen, however I am super disappointed with the service from this place. We had our boat booking, in place, ready for my sister’s Bachelorette, and just a week before our trip they cancelled our booking due to cold weather. The man we spoke to on the phone, barely explained the reasoning and was not kind at all. Allows people to rent Jet skis without talking about safety rules. Constantly allowing people to jetski less than 100ft away from shore and have allowed people to be seriously injured from neglecting safety
Had a great experience today out on a jet ski! My girlfriend and I had a fun, wonderful and welcoming experience. We booked the same day with an Employee named Greg. He was very friendly and helpful. The registration was easy and quick. Greg took great care of us and was very knowledgeable on all aspects of jet skiling. We will definitely be returning to Extreme World next time we visit Sauble Beach! Would highly recommend!!
