These people are idiots, Katie broke the back off my phone, sent me away to find out later that my warranty had been voided, my phone was 3 weeks old and they accepted no responsibility for their actions. I am cancelling my at&t account, and these people are not even really AT&T!!
I dont know what this lady below me is talking about. The people in the store are extremely friendly and will went out of their way to help me.
