I've had issues with my door since last fall. The dealer who installed has been back and forth a few times but did not fix the problem. Joel from Extreme came today (different from dealer/installer) and it seems like it's fixed. Joel was awesome to work with and I really hope he fixed it for us. I would give zero stars if it were an option. Do yourself a favor if considering buying/supporting this company go to Home Depot or any other building centre and purchase there. That way you will be able to get something done should a problem arise with the product. These folks do less than nothing to help. They build garbage "the worst I have seen in 29 years of construction." Pictures taken of products as they came off truck with major flaws.
