Chris, the sales/customer service guy is awesome. Called over last week to order some clamps for my intercooler. Unfortunately, after his guidance through both of our miscommunication, the wrong size clamps were purchased due to an error on both of our ends. Chris was nice enough to make it right and on top of that, left more educated on why we both misunderstood the intercooler piping diameter differences. Can't recommend ETS enough. Great products with badass people.
