Brock and the family of mechanics were very professional informative and just good mannered people. I got a 3 inch suspension lift on my Tacoma and just simply love it. And the dud it in less than 3 hours. I’ll be a returning customer for sure
Poor customer service! Got a qoute prior to the job then was over charged when I came back to pay. It was a very small job, the money was not the issue, it was the lack of appreciation of a potential new customer. Instead of taking care of someone to earn their future business, they tried to get more out of me, and got defensive about it on top of that. Was not the owner or his wife, some small young kid. Needless to say, I wont be back and wont refer business to them.
this is truly the most honest business practice i have ever run across.
