These people will never pick up the phone, return a phone call, or an email when you have an issue with a delivery. Absolute horrible customer service.
No payment from this company Extreme Transport going on 2 months and the only answer I’m getting is that they’re working on a new pay system. This is ridiculous. The only department I can reach is payroll and they have no answers at all. Never dealt with a company that did business like this for 7 years in business.
I wouldn't let extreme auto transport haul my kids' Matchbox collection. 52 in a 60 blocking the left lane. At first I thought the driver was just flirting with the Dump Truck driver they were staying next to but when I was finally able to get around them when it opened up to 3 lanes the driver was on their phone. 50 Westbound just before 75 around 7:20 am here in Florida.

Today 10/19/23 at 1120 at 340 second Ave in Spokane I had a driver truck 650 yellow cab, blocking three lanes backing into the dock at goodwill. I get it sometimes you have to. But as I started to go around him he lunges forward and almost hits our wheelchair transport van. Then he starts yelling at me. REALLY?!!?! YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY BUDDY.
