My 10-year old has been working out with Reggie, Brad, and their team for about 3 years now. He also attends various football and sports camps that Extreme offers throughout the year. Brad Bengtson is extremely rude
My kids (7 and 9) play rec sports. They are growing really fast and can sometimes look awkward with their movements. They expressed interest in getting faster so I took them here. After coming once a week for 6 weeks I am blown away by their progress. Reggie and his crew know how to develop athletes. My kids are in there working their butts off and they love it.
