I have known RJ and Reggie for over 15 years. You will not find better coaches in AZ. Having played for many coaches in Arizona, I can say both of these men truly care about the wellbeing of the children they train. They not only push the children, but they make it fun in the process. They instruct the children and young adults with integrity. They show the importance of hard work, structure and discipline. The skills these young men and women learn here translate both on and off the field.
Michael has been training me for over a year now and is Amazing! He has helped me with my overall toning and strengthening, agility, hand eye coordination, and even boxing techniques to protect myself. He is passionate and creative and always makes the workouts worth every minute! I've lost 40 pounds and feel confident and can not thank Michael and his crew enough! They are also working with my nephew who is 15 and they are truly dedicated to helping him feel independent and strong in life. THANK YOU EXTREME SPEED!
Great place for kids during the summer! It’s indoor air-conditioned, and the trainers are fantastic. RJ is amazing with the kids, and Reggie’s experience and training truly motivates them getting to learn from a real athlete is incredible. It’s amazing to see how much confidence it has given my son. i love this place Reggie is the absolute best ever!!
My 10-year old has been working out with Reggie, Brad, and their team for about 3 years now. He also attends various football and sports camps that Extreme offers throughout the year. We are extremely happy with the growth that we have seen in our son's form, speed, and strength. During this time, he has been focused on football and has played in a league 9 months out of the year.
