I had a wonderful experience today! I bought a new Electra townie 7d in kiwi green (along with a few accessories) and was helped out by a nice young man. He explained all the bike differences, the why behind preferences, and let me shop around without any pressure. Knowledgeable staff, happy to look up anything you ask about. The entire staff rules!
