Very friendly and helpful staff!
First time customer this week. What a pleasant experience. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. Exceptional customer service, which is not very common these days. He answered all my questions and helped me out with a Trek that was not purchased at his store. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with them.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. We went to look for a bike for our 8 year old. They showed us new and used bikes and explained the pros and cons of each. We got a great bike, they were happy to adjust the brakes so it fit our 8 year olds fingers better.
We had a broken rear hand brake on our kids bike and the staff provided a very timely repair. Thanks!
