I am now literally a bike and ski customer, 2 bikes, 2 pairs of Boots, 1 pair of skis. They have deep expertise in both categories. When I say expertise, I mean they are experts in performance and maintenance.
Friendly staff and quick turnaround time. They seem to know what they are doing.
We've bought many bikes from this shop over the years, most recently an electric bike. During each visit, they took the time to understand what we were looking for as well as communicate their thoughts on what might be best for us. We always walked away better-educated and never feeling pressured to buy. Their bike service and repair is outstanding, and reasonably priced.
They were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. They fixed my e-bike (which was purchased from Amazon), price was reasonable, everything went perfectly. I have only good things to say, highly recommend!
Great prices and selection of skis, for the end of the season. Knowledgeable staff and no pressure to buy or upsell. I will definitely be back for a bike someday!
