We had a terrible water leak from the master bedroom down to the basement that happened right after Christmas...our relatives were literally walking out the door headed to the airport. Our company had a urinal flush nonstop overnight which flooded hallways and conference rooms in our office building. James and Extreme Service responded quickly, provided detailed information on the cleanup procedure, gave us a fair price, was accommodating to my availability, and worked hard to remove all the water. Overall an excellent experience and will be calling them first if we ever need them again in the future. Highly recommended!
