A great experience with this company. I called and talked to Anthony. My daughter had a evening blow out on the side of I-96. He was there within 30 minutes and and the tire changed within 10 minutes. Walked her through not exceeding 55 mph and releasing the parking brake before he left her.

I am a small town girl who rarely visits the city. Yesterday I had a doctor's appointment in Lansing. I was driving down the road when my drivers side tire fell off my car!! I was stranded beside the road nearly in tears. Thankfully my insurance agent contacted EXTREME ROAD SERVICE. ANTHONY WAS THERE TO HELP ME WITHIN MINUTES. HE GOT ME BACK ON THE ROAD SAFELY. HE WAS VERY KIND AND REASSURING. I GIVE THEM A FIVE STAR RATING!
Came right away.changed my tire so fast I didn’t realize he was done. Super nice. Made what could have been a long evening much better.
