Arguably one of the most unprofessional realtors I’ve encountered—Marie Lescano. Poor communication, zero transparency, and a clear inability to manage a transaction with any level of professionalism. If she’s considered a top performer at this brokerage, that alone is a red flag. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere—plenty of better options out there in this wide ocean!!

The agent Karluccie Valenzuela is unprofessional. He asked and accepted cash money, so he wouldn't report it to his agency. He asked for a commission that wasnt written in the contract. Since I was a first time unexperienced buyer. We trusted in his "long time experience." He's one of the people that likes to trick customers, so he could earn an extra budget. Overall, I highly do not recommend to work with this agent. He's a piece of money.
