Appointment was made very easily. Service tech showed on time and was very polite. He worked hard and steady for three and a half hours and did a great job. Very neat. Carpets were cleaned to our satisfaction and price was a good value. No receipt given to me though, even though I asked. Thought that was odd. Wonder how they keep the books?

Greg and his team were hired to install a few damaged pieces of hardwood flooring. Within 30 days of installing the new wood, the floor began to warp. When we called to talk to them about this we were told “oh well our work is not guaranteed so we can come out but you will have to pay.” (Never discussed before the job was done) In my experience, if a business comes out to do a job, and less than a month later that work is damaged due to improper installation, it is not only professional, but it is the decent to come and fix ... read more
