Read before hiring. We hired this contractor 2 years ago to widen a doorway into our kitchen, a load bearing wall. The work was done timely and the wall was closed up without us seeing it as we had to live elsewhere during the renovation. All was fine until 1 year ago when we started having HVAC issues in the room above the renovated wall.
