Worst customer service! Girl on phone was very rude when i was redeeming and order FOR THEIR FAULT! The driver took my order to the wrong house and after waiting for 2 hours i called and told them i had not received anything. They remade my order and brought it back and TOLD ME I HAD A VOUCHER FOR 2 FREE PIZZAS and today when i called they said they couldn’t because it was my fault i wasn’t outside paying attention to my order! NO WHERE DOES IT SAY YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO WAIT OUTSIDE FOR YOUR ORDER! Very rude and unprofessional... read more
So we buy $75 of food for a party next door. The lady from this store still calls the tow truck to take one of my guests vehicle where there was no marked space and without even asking if it belonged to any of us. The tow truck gets there and pulls the car and hits the truck next to it. Long story short, we called the police and of course they agreed our car was ok but I still got to miss my daughter’s 1st birthday party. Worst service ever!
