on april 3, 2025 iordered a 250cc muffler and paid in full($179.99) about 2 weeks later was sent a email with no tracking number sayin my item was shipped. As of today May 22, 2025 i still have not receive this item. I tried calling them leaving several emails and get no response. This company rob me of my money. Please do not order from them they will take your money. i then order a muffler from quality scooter parts.com and received my muffler in 4 days. If you need parts order from them
Will not return calls or emails. Will not provide documentation in order to register. Do not, I mean do not buy unless they give your the documentation at time of purchase. I am beginning to believe they sold me a stolen bike and are unable to provide appropriate documentation
I 'm sorry about some of the negative reviews. If some of them are justified, then perhaps the same mistakes will not be repeated... My experience here turned from negative to positive. I ordered a part (petcock fuel filter assy.) on line, and the wrong part was shipped. I requested an appointment and returned the part in person. Tina apologized for her mistake and the correct part was in stock. My bike is now running fine. All's well that ends well!
0 stars for this dealer ! As a small engine mechanic I am always online looking for and buying parts. I mistakenly bought 2 of a expensive part from this place and they won't take back the extra unopened resalable part ! As a volume internet buyer of parts this is a huge red flag! So I take this as a lesson and loss and for now on I will only shop at reputable websites that will take back unopened resalable parts like Global motor imports and many other companies that will take a return.
Went there and saw what I wanted , paid the money and both ladies were very informative and I will be returning to purchase another item from...loved that little baby just resting around all the noise....blessings to this business....
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order over the phone by Heidi.. Very nice. Now they have my money. That's where things take a 180.. Haven't responded to my voicemail in 7 days. Either they answer the phone, then say they'll call back and don't, and then today Heidi puts me on hold and hangs up after 10 mins. Then doesn't answer. Tina never called back as promised. Had to cancel charge with the credit card company.
