Straight lied to about shipping times. They said it would be at my door step within the next week of me purchasing the item (which they lied about being in stock and not on back order like the item really was) i said that's ok as long as it wasn't a month wait. somehow we got the wrong part but called and talked to Tracy and within two days had the right part and fed ex came to my door to return the wrong part. excellent part excellent customer service I would definitely order through her again. thank you Tracy.
I recently purchased a clamp on snow plow for my Massey Ferguson GC1715 along with the angle kit. The total cost was VERY reasonable. Customer service was top notch and after 35 years of supervising an average of 29 restaurants I know what good customer service is and how much it means. I have had to use it 5 times this year so far, (I say so far because I live in VT and it's only the end of Feb. so it's not over yet). There Can am maverick sport parking brake doesn't fit . Had to grind and file it. Also doesn't secure the power steering box very well. Look elsewhere . Once they have your $$$ the support is non existent. In fact if I ever travel in there area I'm paying them a visit.
