I have been using Eric for personal training for approximately 6 months. He has also trained my wife my two teenage sons also. I have had great results & been satisfied with the experience. Eric is very good at what he does & I would recommend him to any one that needs a trainer. He also has a nice gym with new equipment. I also think his prices are very competitive. I have been to other trainers & I am getting more training for a better price with Eric.
