Great atmosphere! – I started here never having done martial arts before, but I feel like I learned very quickly because the the instructor is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The Wushu classes are really cool and flashy (especially the weapons!), but I ended up doing mostly San Shou (it's like kickboxing but more). I came here at first because they charged less $$ than all of the other places that I called, but now there's absolutely no other martial arts school that I would rather be at!!!
This is a great place to learn martial arts! – I trained here over the summer when I was in Chicago for the summer. I learned wushu forms and I practiced a lot of self-defense and sparring and got a great workout. I ended up losing 15 pounds within the first 2 months that I was there. I miss Extreme! I look forward to going back as soon as possible!
