We called extreme’s Beavercreek, OH office for a routine inspection on our furnace. It was working fine before the technician came out on Friday Feb 23. After being in our home for ~ 20 minutes, technician told us our furnace needed to be replaced due to a cracked heat exchanger. He showed us a blurry picture of what he said was a crack.
