One star as cannot give zero stars. Terrible service, especially follow-up dealing with problems. Far too much procrastination and no conscience about abandoning clients. It took almost three years to complete a simple task and it was finally done only when I threatened legal action. Have had to have two triple-pane windows replaced twice but he no longer operates out of Virden so you/we must find someone else to do his work for him!!!! Slow response
Had over $20,000 worth of windows and doors installed. Needed warranty replacements within 2 years of installment. Have been waiting 5 years and still no replacements. Numerous calls, visits, texts, e-mails and pictures sent with nothing but promises, excuses then total avoidance.
Mike and his crew did a window replacement, insulating and siding package on our home 3 years ago and we have yet to see a better job anywhere. Extremely happy! Jack and Barb Kelly Rocanville Sk.
