Have had nothing but good experiences here. Very friendly and efficient.
One of the absolutely worst car experiences I've ever had. I called Extreme Garage because I had just had a situation in which a garage scammed me. And so I chatted with a gentleman named Anthony who empathized and understood that there were many mechanics out there that were terrible. He gave me a very competitive price for changing my on rim winter tires in and a quick oil change and possibly an air filter change. He quoted me exactly 106.85 based on the ease of the job. Nightmare of an operation. After a headache trying to booking something, these guys left me int he dark for over 7 hours for a simple on-rim winter tire installation. Once finish these guys rushed the job in probably 10 minutes cause they knew I was trying to take my business out of there only to install them without the spacers that it needs to function properly. To add on to this they broke the Nissan cap off my summer tires When I complained and asked for a refund they said its my fault for choosing them and paying..... S... read more
All employees were very friendly, kind, and patient. Mr. Anthony and Keanoua answered my questions, and they were nice people. Their boss was very serious and ethical in his work.
