Gavin and his team did a great job in leveling the foundation on a rental house I own. They absolutely fixed the problem that I was having with the foundation. Gavin is understanding and helpful and I would work with him anytime.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They took advantage of an elderly lady. They did not communicate with her at all while they were on site doing the work. The only time they talked to her was when they wanted to be paid for the job which took about 12 hours and they charged close to $5000. When asked to itemize their bill, they would not do it and threaten to put a lien on her house before they would finalize the job. They would not finish the job before the check was in their hands.
