Me and my daughter went into the gym to check it out to see if we wanted to get a membership. We got a full tour and shown how to use equipment because I have no clue l lol very clean place with a lot of equipment and it's fairly cheap as well. The owner Miss Kathy is such a beautiful person. Also they have different things you could do in there like Pilates or a massage but that is extra charge. It does include a dry and wet sauna which is pretty cool.
