Me and my daughter went into the gym to check it out to see if we wanted to get a membership. We got a full tour and shown how to use equipment because I have no clue l lol very clean place with a lot of equipment and it's fairly cheap as well. The owner Miss Kathy is such a beautiful person. Also they have different things you could do in there like Pilates or a massage but that is extra charge. It does include a dry and wet sauna which is pretty cool. This will be the best gym you could ever go to. They are Very nice and have almost every type of exercise equipment there 100% go again
