Doesn't return calls I called this firm's owner repeatedly and after several days, got a return call. The owner promised to visit my home and get me an estimate. When I didn't hear from him, I left more messages, asking if he had done the estimate yet. I never got a call back. I guess business is too good now; too bad, because in this economy, I would have thought every business owner would like to culitvate as many future clients as possible.
