We had a wonderful time booking our rental. The team was very informative, very patient with us and weren’t pushy about anything regarding upgrades, insurances etc that weren’t required for the booking. Simple offer, explanation of costs in the case of incident and we were on our way. We had somebody that was old enough in our group that we didn’t have to have a boat captain, so we had full independence in our booking. Not recommended. Be careful with this company! They are scamming their customers with made up „damages“. Especially almost EVERY customer has to pay for a new propeller! As they claim it to be in good shape before and being damaged later. We paid 500$ extra for this as we didn’t realize that we were being scammed. Exactly the same happened to other customers if you read the reviews.
We had a fantastic time on the boat with a very friendly captain, he was very informative and we had so much fun. We watched the sunset and the boat was so comfortable and well looked after. We watched Dolphins and was able to swim in the ocean. All around a fantastic day. I would highly recommend and would always book again.
