Took my Taurus Sho in to have rack and pinion steering replaced. I found all the parts through O'Reilly's for 1100.00 dollars but was told they would not accept that because of warranty issues. When they installed THEIR brand of rack and pinion steering went from 1100.00 without labor jumped to almost 2600.00. Came back , paid for work and drove home. They replaced my engine and other minorstuff price was good and didnt ake long to get back very happy w everything
I would not let these people work on a lawn mower. Replaced a VP pump in my cummins. Smash the timing key not once but twice causing the motor to burn a hole in a piston. Cost me 20K and repairs to another company.
